Sheldon Mechanical Corporation

Sheldon Mechanical Corporation is a medium-sized commercial air conditioning contractor. Our work covers the entire spectrum of commercial air conditioning, heating and ventilating systems; from tenant improvement work to large office buildings, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, industrial buildings, schools and assisted living facilities. 

While we bid and perform public bid work a majority of our work is negotiated. When required, we have the capability of performing the engineering of the air conditioning systems. We are also fully qualified to perform all Title 24 related calculations, including envelope and heating and cooling loads. A sizable percentage of our work is design build and facility projects. Moreover, our ability to perform on design build projects indicates the broad extent of our engineering capability, which is of great value no matter what type of project we are working on.

Sheldon Mechanical Corporation is large enough to perform on all types of jobs, yet small enough to maintain the flexibility required in the construction industry today.
